This year’s theme for Celebrate Bowdoinham is “Bowdoinham’s Wildlife”. What better way to explore our local wildlife than to tour the amazing collection of taxidermy in the library. We will be led by Ed Friedman, Executive Director of Friends of Merrymeeting Bay, the owners of our collection. We will bring several of our favorite animal taxidermy down off the shelves and bring them to eye level. Ed will tell us some interesting “origin stories” and answer questions about the mounts. Bring the kids!
